You can help Butler Hospital continue to be at the forefront of addiction treatment for our community by joining us for our 2020 A Masterpiece of Hope virtual celebration. As we lead up to our special event, we invite you to be part of an ongoing online celebration of hope. Please visit A Masterpiece of Hope page to hear inspiring stories from our hospital leaders, volunteers, and patients who are choosing hope and fighting to heal.
Proceeds will support the inpatient and intensive outpatient addiction programs at Butler Hospital and will help to aid with urgent needs such as the continued implementation of telehealth services. Telehealth technology has been a vital part of addiction treatment during the pandemic. Lack of transportation and fear are significant barriers to receiving treatment. With you contribution you will help to alleviate these barriers, significantly increase access to care, and help to purchase critically needed technology that will save lives and reduce the risk of relapse.
The number of Rhode Islanders experiencing mental health and addiction problems is dramatically increasing. Skyrocketing unemployment, isolation, childcare issues and other issues related to COVID-19 are having a significant effect on our community. People are overwhelmed and depressed. Many are struggling to maintain their recovery from addiction. That is why it’s so important we have funding available to help provide compassionate care.
Complimentary Virtual Admission
Everyone is welcome to participate in our virtual event. There is no charge. All contributions in any dollar amount are needed and truly appreciated. Suggested dollar value for an individual virtual admission is $100.
